You'll build the LLM agents at the core of our product from the ground up, working with enterprise design partners on real user feedback.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents that work with real enterprise data across real workflows
- Ingest and make sense of large volumes of information from many different sources
- Work across channels — voice, chat, and email — understanding and acting on real conversations
- Build real-time reasoning systems that stay accurate under high stakes
Requirements
- 5+ years writing production software (Python, C++, Java, C#, Go, or Rust)
- Solid grounding in modern ML and LLM tooling; fine-tuning experience a plus
- Hands-on LLM experience: RAG, agentic workflows, tool use, and eval engineering
Nice to have
- Experience with sensitive or regulated data
- Familiarity with common enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, telephony)
- Experience shipping AI products that people rely on every day
